Mitsubishi Nichiyu Forklift Co., Ltd (MN) in Japan has been created through the merger of Forklift Division of MHI and Nippon Yusoki Co., Ltd also in Japan.

2015, March
Company change name to Mitsubishi Nichiyu Forklift Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. (MNA) and now is wholly own by Mitsubishi Nichiyu Forklift Co., Ltd. (MN) in Japan. Joint venture agreement continues between Mitsubishi and Caterpillar.

2016, January
Nichiyu Asia Pte Ltd has amalgamated into MNA.

2017, January
Mitsubishi Nichiyu Forklift Co., Ltd completed acquisition of the share of UniCarriers Corp, and converted into wholly-owned subsidiary.

2017, October
Mitsubishi Nichiyu Forklift Co., Ltd integrated business operation with UniCarriers Corp and changed its company name to Mitsubishi Logisnext Co., Ltd.

2017, October
Company change name to “Mitsubishi Logisnext Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd."
